Use the insulator ring for cans and bottles to keep them cold for up to 4 hours. When used as a tumbler it keeps drinks hot for 3 hours or cold for up to 9 hours. Hand wash only. BPA-free and FDA-certified. Complies with FDA, Prop 65. 6.25″ H x 3.125″ Diameter
