The easy roll-down top provides quick access to gear, has a hook and loop closure and is secured in place with three buckle straps. The exterior features webbing strap hold downs, 2 side handles, 2 tactical chain loops, 2″ x 30 carry straps with padded neoprene handle and a heavy duty 2 x 53 removable and adjustable strap with shoulder pad.
